Terms and Conditions

1. Any Client asking for favours of a sexual nature will immediatly be removed from my books and reported to EMBODY.

2. All Cheques must be supported by a valid bankers card.

3. All invoices must be paid within 10 days of the date of the invoice. Failure to do so will incur a £5:00 surcharge after the due date plus £1:00 for every other day beyond which payment is late.

4 All dependants under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian.  A friend who is 18 does not count. A Parent must be in attendance.

5. A cancellation on the day of the appointment will forfeit 100% of the fee.

6. A cancellation of  less than 24 hours notice will forfeit 90% of the fee.

7. A cancellation of less than 48 hours notice will forfeit 50% of the fee.

8. Any client not available at the time of the appointment will be asked to pay upfront the full fee next time they book.  If this happens on more than two occassions you will be removed from my books and will have to pay mileage and rental on top of the original fee.
